Behind the shop, an automatic gate greeted us to a well-equipped mechanic area where a competent mechanic revels in his jobs. In the garage, we spotted a Campagnolo groupset awaiting for a rebuild. Additionally, 2Escape provides restoration and maintenance service on old and antique bikes. If you need a meticulous skill on recoating, 2Escape will also fulfill your request.
There is a “fixing area” where customers can relax, chit-chat, enjoy coffee and hang around with each other’s company. It is a central set-up taking to another level in many different ways where they communicate, from discussing the mechanical issues to reflecting cyclists’ visions at every angle. Whether it’s a latte or a flat white you desire, 2Escape’s baristas have got you covered. The same coffee beans used in 2Escape’s coffee are also the ones drunk by British pro cycling team, Team Sky.
A pump track is built on the top floor, which is taken care of by a cycling enthusiast who also works as a salesperson in the store. After several attempts, Harish decided to bring more amateur cyclists to the potential platform. The pump track has received a positive response. Having not charged with a single cent, visitors including little kids, beginner adults, enjoy being on track and become confident in their cycling skills.

Customers do not only visit 2Escape to get a cup of coffee, do their shopping, but they can consult an experienced physiotherapist or a bike fitter on their newly purchased bicycle.
“Everyone has an injury.” Back pain, knee pain and neck strains have become a general phenomenon. However, seeing a physiotherapist never crosses our minds. A hidden injury persists more than a few days is likely to affect the ability of our everyday performance. A proper treatment plan must be prescribed, especially to the regular sportspersons. Furthermore, yoga and stretch classes are obtainable in the store.
Harish came up with an online shopping service in the shop. To ease the hassle, 2Escape offers kiosks for these people to order stuffs directly from dealers and local distributors. The service leads to an encouragement for the customers to go back to the shop. Customers are allowed to collect their ordered items from 2Escape.
