In an effort to control the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, the Movement Control Order (MCO) was implemented.
Malaysian riders have been hunkered down in their homes amid the MCO, which cause them being unable to ride outside. However, the MCO did not stop them from riding. Here’s how Afiq Othman is handling the MCO:

During the MCO, we cannot ride outside but thanks to Zwift, we are still able to do our daily training and also some race events that can keep my performance on track.

I have been doing workout such as core training and also like I mentioned just now by riding using Zwift app, and stretching to make sure my body is at its finest.
How has indoor training helped you during this period?
Indoor training does help me keeping up with my training as that is the least we can do at the moment due to this pandemic, by following training program that prepared by TSG Terengganu Cycling Team.
How’s your diet during MCO/PKP?
As for meal preparation, I keep track on my nutrition for my body and also using Science in Sport such as recovery drinks after my indoor training.
