HOW WOULD I GET AND ENCOURAGE SOMEONE TO RIDE A MOUNTAIN BIKE?
I would provide them the benefits of MTB; it teaches them great enthusiasm, no matter how hard your life is, if you put your mind into it, determination, patience, and effort will bring you success, just like riding up a steep hill.
Besides, MTB has a large community that supports each other. Joining the community has its perks, you get to know more people from all societies practicing a healthy lifestyle.
Every riders have their own favorite trails that they visit frequently. There are a lot of trails can be found in Beaufort. My personal favorite trails are at Jalan Batu 65, a very challenging trail having 10% to 12% grade hills. His second favorite trail is at Jalan Muhibbah, Membakut; a very challenging rocky and muddy off-road trail with lots of obstacle.

In terms of preparations for MTB, I always make sure I get enough energy by having my meals on time. Additionally, I make sure to wear proper attires and all my equipment and bike components are working well before going for a ride. Last but not least, drinking water, energy drink or isotonic drink is always prepared to keep me hydrated all the time.
