“Stiffness to Greatness”
An ultimate all-around race performance road bike, the Supersix EVO strikes the tuned balance of stiffness, improved aerodynamics, yet with a blend of lighter weight! The aerodynamic characteristics and smooth-riding compliance give you the appealing edge on every race course.
The original Supersix EVO Hi-Mod was launched in May 2011. Since then, many improvement has been made to the high stiff value of the Supersix EVO. The new EVO claims to save approximately 70 grams of drag or 6 watts compared to its predecessor. In addition, the frame is designed with an integrated disc brake mount and equipped with 25.4mm seatpost.
Hi-Mod ballistic carbon for high impact resins builds extraordinary strength and extreme lightweight into its frameset. It is also designed with a Hi-Mod-carbon layup. This special carbon saves weight and a lot stiffer than a regular carbon frame. Combines with SRAM red Etap that is engineered to go the distance and make shifting easier. This version uses the first wireless drivetrain group. Featuring SRAM’s advanced shift logic (right lever makes it harder, left lever makes it easier, both levers to change the front ring).
Lighter, stiffer and more aerodynamic, that’s Supersix EVO Hi-Mod Red Etap!
