9 Cycling Clubs Embark On A 80km Fellowship Ride


On the 22 September, more than 200 cycling enthusiasts from 9 cycling clubs took part in the 922 Fellowship Ride, a 80km cycle route from Kuala Kubu Bharu to Fraser Hill.

The Fellowship Ride was initiated by Y.B. Puan June Leow Hsiad Hui, followed by a flag-off at 7.30am. Departing from Kuala Kubu Bharu, the journey took riders to the Chiling Waterfalls, Semangkuk Waterfalls, Simpang Gap, and lastly, the destination at Fraser Hill.

The Fellowship Ride had everything going for it – the fellowship, the opportunity to share stories and experiences, and the get-together among the cycling enthusiasts. The cycling community can be made better from the sophisticated fellowship ride by cycling club members who understand the love of cycling.

The Fellowship Ride had also everything to offer the participants, including spare tube, pump, and tools to change a flat tire, support cars, isotonic sports drink like 100Plus, mineral water, bananas, first aid kits, and some snacks.

At the end of the ride, participants celebrated their accomplishments by indulging in mouth-watering food at Restaurant Nine Thy Eight, Kuala Kubu Bharu.

The participated cycling clubs included Rawang Cycling Team, Team Nato Cycling Club, Hulu Selangor Cycling Club, 336 Cycling Sports Team, Tanjong Karang Cycling Club, SUNRIDE, Team Black IX, Wow Cycling Club Sekinchan, Marvellous Team, and many others.
