3rd November 2018, Alor Gajah – It has been a long but rewarding journey for Cycle X MTB Club, a humble cycling club which did not have a proper workplace to hold a simple discussion, started organizing cycling events about a decade ago.
Organized by Cycle X MTB Club, the 8th edition of Fire X Ride hit more than 600 participants from across the world.
Flagged off at 7am at Dataran Keris (Keris Square), Alor Gajah, excitement was evident on the faces of the participants as they rode along the historic buildings to off-road trails. The jamboree consisted of 60km route that made up of 10% on-road and 90% off-road combination.
The success of this 8-year jamboree event was all thanks to the collaboration from BCW Lubricants, BioTech USA, TS Chain Lubrication, Mamee, McDonald’s, Cycling Malaysia, MOMA Water, along with Majlis Perbandaran Alor Gajah (Municipal Council of Alor Gajah).
