Today, the ‘aero road’ bandwagon is on hype, however, Felt already designed the first incarnation of their AR (aero road) back in 2007. The bike was carefully designed with the objective of the solo breakaways that will see riders going for personal best during the race. With the thin downtube, bladed fork and Felt’s signature black paint motifs, the AR bikes have always been up for the game.

Gear cables are routed through each side of the down tube, leaving some exposed cable between the bar and frame. And a restricted access to the rear direct-mount brake caliper. Felt AR3 has a built-in cable quick release and adjuster, which is located between the bar and the top-tube entry port and just behind the headset.
