Entering its 7th year of implementation, the Tour de Siak is a UCI sanctioned road race, which was held from 18 September to 22 September 2019 in the Riau province, Indonesia.

Despite the thick haze resulted from forest fires, Nur Amirull Fakhruddin (Terengganu Inc TSG Cycling Team) finished first at the first stage of the 2019 Tour de Siak, grabbing the yellow jersey.

Unfortunately, the organisers had to shorten the distance of the second stage due to the unfavourable and severe air quality in Riau and other parts of Indonesia, and announced to cancel the third stage due to the unsuitable weather condition.

However, the riders were not put off by the thick smog on the last stage, finishing the 102.8 km course. Nur Amirull maintained his lead in the general classification and became the winner of the 2019 Tour de Siak, taking home the yellow jersey.

Harrif Saleh claimed 2nd place, while the Team placed 3rd overall at the Tour.
